Roy and his team are exceptional when it comes to quality of work and service. Roy went above and beyond from the first moment I called - I was in a jam and he stopped by within 5 minutes to look at my floor – no exaggeration – he was in the area. After, he moved mountains to restore my heavily worn “non-restorable” engineered hardwood, on short order, and they look fabulous. On top of that, Roy and his crew were extremely personable, efficient, and do great work. I’ve owned many homes in my lifetime with many construction and general vendors – this was far and above the best service experience I’ve had with the most outstanding results. Hired Roy and crew to replace beautiful oak and pine floors damaged by frozen pipes after freeze in 2021. Once the plan and clear guidelines/goals were in place, Roy and crew knocked the work out relentlessly. Celso, Thomas, and Raphael were always pleasant, on time, knowledgeable, and able to save me from myself a couple of times.

When a problem arose, they just fixed it. This was no simple repair, but Roy and crew relieved much of the hassle. I was very satisfied with them and their work then, as I am now.
